1. How consent works
On the first visit we display a preference center. Necessary functions remain enabled to protect the session, remember language and theme, operate reCAPTCHA and temporarily preserve form progress. Analytics and commercial measurement are enabled only when the visitor authorizes them.
2. Categories
- Necessary: PHP session, CSRF security, language, theme, reCAPTCHA, cookie preferences and assessment progress. They cannot be disabled from the panel because they are required for the requested website functions.
- Analytics: enables pseudonymous measurement of visited pages, general device type, browser, language, referrer and site performance. Google Analytics 4 loads only when this category is authorized and an identifier is configured.
- Commercial measurement: enables a visit, its UTM parameters and a submitted form to be related pseudonymously. This category is not authorization to receive WhatsApp or email campaigns.
3. Technologies and local keys
- PHP session: generates and validates security tokens and protects administrative access.
- dygi_lang: stores the selected language. On the first visit, Spanish or English is proposed according to browser settings.
- dygi-theme-v5-1: stores the selected theme; a first visit always begins in light mode.
- dygi-cookie-consent-v1: stores selected categories and their update date.
- dygi-cookie-id-v1: pseudonymously identifies the privacy decision to prevent duplicates and analyze conversions.
- dygi-diagnostic-v2: locally preserves assessment progress until it is completed or restarted.
4. Information visible in the admin dashboard
The Cookies and audience dashboard shows the latest preference associated with a pseudonymous identifier, date, authorized categories, page, referrer, UTM parameters, general device, browser, operating system, language, theme, viewport and whether a form conversion occurred. The raw IP address and raw user-agent string are not stored in that record.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can reopen the preference center through the “Cookies” button in the footer. You may also remove cookies and local storage through browser settings. Doing so removes stored preferences and progress.
6. External platforms
reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok and other external services may apply their own technologies when loaded or when a link to their platforms is opened. Their use is also governed by each provider’s policies.
